However the book includes many intense, graphic accounts of violence against women that may be disturbing to readers. A Bit Adolescent

SPOILER ALERT: I usually enjoy Follett's writing, especially his sagas/historical novels. However, The Third Twin was a little disappointing. It atarted out very good, but got a little wacky when there turned out to be so many of the "twins" and then downright adolescent towards the end when they went to the hotel to reveal the conspiracy. It was like the author just got tired of telling the story and couldn't think of anything better than a lame disguise.
